  • Processing begins after payment is confirmed.

  • During sale periods or promotions, processing may take longer — we will notify you if there’s a delay.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer the following shipping options within Western Australia:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery via Australia Post 

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days from dispatch

Express Shipping (optional upgrade)

  • Faster delivery via  Australia Post Express 

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • The weight and size of your order

  • The shipping method selected

  • Your delivery address

4. Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address entry.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues & Support

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time

  • Shows as delivered but you did not receive it

  • Is significantly damaged in transit

7. Shipping to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • Standard shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Western Australia may be available.- currently not available

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural events

We are not responsible for these delays, but we will support you in tracking and resolving issues.


9. International Shipping
