At Nubian Hair, your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell hair extensions and hair care products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we only accept returns under the conditions below
Hair extensions or wigs may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn

Lace is uncut, and bundles/wefts remain intact

The product is in original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels attached

The item has no odour, styling products, heat damage, or shedding
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

Hair has been installed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, bleached, or heat-styled

Lace has been cut or altered in any way

The product shows signs of wear, odor, or tampering

The return request is made after 7 days

The item was marked Final Sale or Clearance
Hair Care Products (Shampoos, Conditioners, Oils, Treatments)
For safety and sanitation reasons:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:
